and we will assist you. Goods delivered
to customer are not refundable, as the goods will be throughly check by the customer at time of delivery. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Happygreenonline, Happygreenonline will issue full or partial refunds
through original mode of payment.
In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your
satisfaction. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
We understand in some cases you might have to cancel the orders placed. All orders placed can be cancelled through the cancel order feature under "My Orders" Tab. Kindly note all orders are processed at 8pm daily and thus post 8pm order
cancellation is not acceptable. Further, pls be noted incase of order cancellation a full refund is given only through HappyGreenOnline Wallet balance and no cash/card refund is provided.
